Intent Captured

Leading 2-Wheeler Automotive OEM

Overview

One of India's largest two-wheeler manufacturers runs a dealer network spanning hundreds of showrooms. Every dealership publishes a Google Business number, and every unanswered call on that number is a potential buyer lost to a competitor. Enquiries in six languages arrived faster than dealer staff could pick up, and the calls that did connect produced no structured record of what the buyer wanted.

SquadStack.ai deployed a Voice AI agent across the network in August 2026. In six weeks, it recovered 15K inbound dealership enquiries that would otherwise have gone unanswered, and captured intent on 80% of them. No call on the network goes unanswered now: every call still rings the dealer first, and when the dealer cannot pick up, SquadStack.ai's Voice AI agent answers instead.

‍

The Challenge

  1. Every missed call was a buyer walking away: Enquiries arrived across 100+ dealerships in six languages, concentrated in peak hours and weekends. Dealer staff took calls between showroom tasks. When a potential buyer called the Google listing number and no one picked up, that lead was gone. No callback, no record, no second chance. Across a network of this size, the daily volume of missed calls represented a direct and recurring revenue leak.

  2. Every intent shared one number: A buyer asking about a sport bike's on-road price, a customer tracking a delivery, and a rider raising a service complaint all dialled the same Google Business listing. Each needed a different next action, but there was no routing.

  3. No structured capture on the calls that did connect: When a dealer picked up, the conversation happened, but the model of interest, the sales stage, and the complaint detail went into a notebook or nowhere. The network could not act on what it could not read back.

The Solution

Every unanswered call, captured.

Every inbound call still rings the dealer first. When the dealer does not pick up, the call forwards to a SquadStack.ai Voice AI agent. The deployment started at 5 dealerships, scaled to 100 within a month, and is now expanding to 500.

Five intents, six languages, one conversation.

The agent handles five intents: dealer location, ex-showroom pricing, EMI guidance, exchange evaluation, and vehicle availability.

For sales enquiries, the agent captures the specific vehicle model, flags the lead as sales-intent, and tells the caller that a dealership representative will call back, typically within one to two hours. Anything outside these five intents, or any complaint, transfers to a human with the conversation context attached.

Hinglish runs across 100+ dealerships. Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Bengali went live during the reporting window at smaller sets of dealerships, expanding state by state.

"We were losing inbound leads on our dealership Google listings because staff couldn't pick up every call. SquadStack.ai's Voice AI agent now catches those calls, figures out what the buyer wants, and routes it back to the dealer within hours. We have now recovered 15,000 leads in just the first six weeks.”

The Impact

15K leads recovered in six weeks.

These are calls that would have gone unanswered without the Voice AI agent. Volume ramped from 137 leads in a partial opening week to over 5,800 per week by late August as more dealerships came online.

80% of all leads had their intent captured.

Weekly rate climbed from 64.2% to 81.0% through continuous prompt optimization. This is the number that determines whether the dealership gets a record it can act on.

Sales-model capture reached 33.7% of all leads.

The specific vehicle model a caller is interested in, extracted in conversation. Weekly rate rose from 22.2% to 40.1%.

Live in six languages.

Hinglish at 100+ dealerships. Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Bengali scaling gradually, expanding state by state.

Looking Ahead

The OEM is now exploring a service reminder campaign with SquadStack.ai.
