Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Flipkart's products, services, and reach out to customers for abandoned carts.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of the sales and support teams.
- Candidates will play a key role in driving Flipkart’s growth through customer engagement.
- Show proficiency in relevant computer applications, CRM tools, and call management systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales practices.
- Candidates need to avoid misrepresentation or any fraudulent activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong sales skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building and maintaining robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain a monthly compliance score of at least 85%.
