Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Flipkart’s products and offers.
- Understand customer needs, address queries, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate call records, sales data, and customer feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call quality and conversion strategies..
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telecalling, or inside sales is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have:
- A working laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse).
- A quiet, professional workspace.
