Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound voice calls to support BharatPe merchants and customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding BharatPe products, transactions, and payment solutions.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and query resolution in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain merchant records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for customer satisfaction and call performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal communication in English or Hindi.
- Good listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer , data entry skills and CRM.
- Confidence in handling high-volume customer calls.
