Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist redBus customers with booking, cancellations, and refund-related queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding bus schedules, seat availability, and payment status.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a polite and timely manner.
- Update customer details and call logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
Eligibility Criteria
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
