Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions with customers.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Update and maintain customer details in CRM and internal databases.
- Follow communication scripts, call quality guidelines, and process flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve escalated queries effectively.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Ensure all communication is handled with professionalism and empathy.
