Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from SAMCO customers.
- Provide accurate information on trading accounts, investments, and platform usage.
- Resolve customer queries regarding transactions, margins, and fund transfers.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of stock markets and trading platforms (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Good computer literacy and multitasking skills.
