Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily call handling and quality performance benchmarks.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Graduate required .
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, BPO, sales or customer service.
- Good communication skills .
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
- Should be comfortable handling customer calls.
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills.
