Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and customer records.

Maintain strong client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma or Graduate Degree is a minimum requirement for this position .

Having knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Strong communication skill and fluency in both English and Hindi .

Minimum 0 -2 years of experience in Marketing or telecalling.

Professionally Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
