Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and customer records.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Unbound calls, follow deals, customer queries, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Participate in sales meetings, demos, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Graduate Degree is a minimum requirement for this position .
- Having knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication skill and fluency in both English and Hindi .
- Minimum 0 -2 years of experience in Marketing or telecalling.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
- Professionally Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
