Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead & sales targets.
- Understand customer needs & suggest suitable solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Graduate required .
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, BPO, sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills both in Hindi and English .
- Basic computer knowledge MS Excel, CRM, and Email.
- Should be confident in handling customer calls.
