Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Zepto customers and delivery partners.
- Assist customers with order updates, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer details in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the support or operations team when necessary.
- Follow company communication protocols and quality standards.
- Work with team leaders to meet call handling and service performance goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-first attitude and patience in handling queries.
- Ability to multitask and work independently from home.
