Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for product information & sales support.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling & quality targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Graduate (preferred) .
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, BPO, sales or customer service
- Good communication skills .
- Should be comfortable handling customer calls.
- Problem-solving , convincing ability , time management , & professionalism.
- Achieve sales targets daily .
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills.
