The per-minute rate depends on language mix, call complexity, integration depth, and the engagement scale you're running, so the rate that fits a single-vertical English-only pilot is different from a multi-language Hindi-Tamil-Telugu Scale deployment running across BFSI compliance flows. We anchor every quote to your specific use case and stage of engagement rather than publishing a number that applies to nobody.
Three factors set the rate: the languages you need (English-only is the lowest, multi-language Indic deployments cost more because of the speech models involved), the complexity of the call (qualifying questions vs full sales close vs regulated BFSI verification), and the commitment volume across the engagement. Within a single engagement the rate stays flat, so your finance team can forecast accurately.
Pilots run between 3 and 8 weeks depending on use-case complexity, backed by the no-traction guarantee. Most customers move to a Scale engagement after the pilot validates the rate against their unit economics.
