Have a strong understanding of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
Contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Good written and spoken communication skills are essential for building strong client relationships.
Fluency in both English and Hindi is required for effective communication in this role.
A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is necessary.
Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
Aim to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
We are looking for a motivated candidates with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
