Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Work independently as well as in a team. Identify potential leads and assess their needs.
Play a key role in enhancing SmartCoin's business.
Have a good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
Actively support a strict stance against mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
This position requires good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.We're seeking a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi is vital for effective communication in this position.
The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly
