Roles and Responsibilities
- Need to handle inbound and outbound customers and consult with them about their problems.
- Keep track of issues of customers and assign an engineer to each issue to resolve them immediately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update CRM software and maintain call logs.
- Give detailed information about the service, offer, and product to the customer.
- Ensure customer query resolution and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Diploma or a Graduate can apply to this profile.
- Require 0-2 years of experience.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi.
- Have some knowledge of the IT field.
- Ability to handle customer calls recently and confidently.
