Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain Angel Broking’s financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account opening, investment plans, and trading-related queries.
- Maintain and update client details in CRM systems.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into active customers.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Interest in financial services, stock markets, or sales (preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
