Roles and Responsibilities
- Have the potential to engage with the customers through calls and promote Univest’s Research products and services.
- Can complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer requirements and give appropriate solutions.
- Can build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drive lead conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other.
- Fresher or experienced professionals in sales, BPO, or Telesales can apply.
- Have strong communication skills (Both in Hindi and English) and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Have basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Word.
