• Make outbound and inbound calls to Flipkart customers,
• Handle customer complaints on time and churn out an easy-to-follow solution .
• Give details about products , deals, and offers to customers.
• Follow sales scripts and process flows.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
• Required to have basic knowledge of MS Word and CRM  .
