Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call logs in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call targets.
- Work closely with team leaders to improve call quality and conversion rate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer focus and result-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM tools.
- Confidence, persistence, and positive attitude in telesales.
